Discovery & Grant Readiness Assessment
We start with a working session to understand your programs, impact, and current fundraising efforts, then evaluate your materials, messaging, and systems to identify gaps and opportunities
Master Grant Template & LOI Development
We refine your core messaging and develop a cohesive funding narrative, including a Master Grant Application and a draft LOI template that can be adapted across opportunities
Strategy & Pipeline Build
We identify aligned funders, create a prioritized grants pipeline with clear next steps, and design a custom grants tracker to manage and monitor opportunities
Final Deliverables & Walkthrough
You receive a complete set of tools and a roadmap, along with a final session to walk through how to use everything moving forward
Engagement Details
This is a flat-fee, one-time engagement designed to build the foundation for a successful grants program. The project is completed over approximately 6–8 weeks for a total investment of $2,500.
Upon completion, there is an option to continue with ongoing grant strategy and writing support through a flexible monthly retainer model.
