Meet our Founder
Alexandra N. Cohen
Alexandra works with nonprofits, social enterprises and small business owners to design and implement programs that expand their global impact. I focus on mission-driven organizations that seek to better understand their target market to tailor their products or services; measure and manage their non-financial impact; and grow their market by accessing new sources of funding or increasing their reach. Each client engagement is unique and I collaborate with clients and stakeholders to craft a strategy that aligns with their mission and activities, and that maximizes impact and ROI.
Previously, I spent 15 years as a litigation attorney helping individuals and small businesses navigate complex litigation, including developing legal strategy, through all phases of trial court practice from inception through trial and appellate practice. This experience has provided the opportunity to develop creative problem solving and negotiation skills, communicate complex ideas to a varied audience, and design strategy that reflected clients’ goals to maximize impact. I apply these same skills to conduct business and market analysis and advise on strategic planning and program development.
Alexandra is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (B.A., International Studies); Hofstra University School of Law (J.D.); and Middlebury Institute of International Studies (MBA, Global Impact Management and M.A., International Policy & Development).
