Next Gen Men is a Canadian nonprofit organization creating training programs and facilitating community engagement focusing on gender equity and impact on work and relationships.

Their Equity Leaders Program brings training in diversity, inclusion, mentorship, hiring practices, and inclusive leadership to corporations and academic institutions across Canada.  

  • Conducted Social Return on Investment (SROI) evaluation in collaboration with team to quantify program impact
  • Evaluated program impact by identifying productivity and earnings as two measures of gender equity
  • Engaged in qualitative research through extensive stakeholder interviews and desk research
  • Developed Theory of Change to pinpoint Next Gen Men’s activities and the ways in which activities aligned with the organization’s mission and goals
  • Created an impact map and projections for growth over short-, medium- and long-term time horizons
  • Quantified impact related to productivity and earnings for Next Gen Men’s Equity Leaders Project
  • Identified key performance indicators to provide Next Gen Men with tools to continue monitoring impact throughout the organization’s growth.
