How It Works
Initial Meeting
Initial in-depth 60-minute meeting to identify program funding priorities and get to know you as the Executive Director and the organization you lead.
Weekly Meeting
Check-In Meetings. Scheduled to provide updates on the grant research and make adjustments as necessary.
Quarterly Check-Ins
Final Presentation. List of funders that best align with organization's mission and activities presented to Executive Director and Leadership Team. This meeting includes recommendations for grant proposals and discussion of any additional support needed to prepare and submit grants.
